Terms of Service

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, BJK University grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site and the Services, and to view and download content solely for your own personal or internal business use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by BJK University.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Services or their content;
• Share your account credentials or provide access to program materials to any third party;
• Record, transcribe, or redistribute live calls, coaching sessions, or workshop content;
• Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Services;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access or extract data from the Services;
• Use the Services to build or promote a competing product, program, or service.

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You will not use the Services to harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm any other person; post unlawful, obscene, or infringing content; impersonate any person or entity; transmit viruses or malicious code; interfere with or disrupt the Services or their servers; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of this Agreement, without refund.

All content made available through the Services — including text, graphics, logos, video, audio, curricula, templates, frameworks, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of BJK University or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "BJK University" and associated logos are trademarks of BJK Institutions, Inc. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership interest to you.

BJK University offers an unconditional 3-day (72-hour) money-back guarantee from the Effective Date of enrollment. After this period, all fees are non-refundable and all sales are final. Approved refunds are subject to a 5% transaction fee deducted from the refund total, covering payment processing and administrative costs. BJK University guarantees that you will land your first paying AI client within 90 days of your Effective Date — or we will continue working with you for free for an additional 90 days. To qualify for this guarantee and any applicable extension, you must demonstrate consistent effort by completing the following minimum activities within the initial 90-day period:

• Niche Selection — Select and document one specific industry or niche to focus your outreach and client acquisition efforts on (e.g., insurance agencies, home services, clinics, etc.).
• Dream 25 Target List — Identify and document a list of at least 25 target businesses within your selected niche that you intend to approach with your AI solution.
• Business Outreach & Conversations — Conduct a minimum of 100 outreach attempts and conversations with business owners or decision-makers, via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, in-person conversations, or referrals.
• Solution Demonstrations — Conduct at least 10 live demonstrations of your AI solution to prospective clients, via video call, in person, or recorded demo presentations followed by a discussion.
• Working Demonstration System — Build and maintain at least one functioning AI solution demo (e.g., an AI receptionist, automated follow-up system, lead capture workflow, or reputation management automation) that can be presented to prospective clients.

To verify eligibility for the guarantee, you must maintain and be able to submit reasonable documentation of the above activities, including outreach logs, conversation records, demo scheduling confirmations, CRM activity logs, and screenshots or recordings of demo systems. Failure to complete the above requirements may result in ineligibility for the guarantee or its extension.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BJK University does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

BJK University makes no earnings claims, efforts claims, or return-on-investment claims. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Results are not typical and individual outcomes will vary based on effort, background, experience, market conditions, and other factors. You may not make your money back.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BJK UNIVERSITY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO BJK UNIVERSITY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BJK Institutions, Inc DBA BJK University and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from BJK University at that number, including informational and marketing messages. This Agreement and all disputes arising out of this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and BJK University each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action. Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

BJK University will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental action, power or Internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

• Entire Agreement — This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BJK University regarding the Services and supersedes all prior understandings.
• Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment — You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement freely.
• Changes — We may modify this Agreement at any time. Updates take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
• Headings — Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
